PrettySky Stock RULES

I hereby grant permission to use My Stock on DA + in Deviant Prints as long as my rules are followed.



My Stock may only be used to create your personal artworks !

The Stock may not be redistributed, sold, or used for any other purpose without my consent.






Always credit me if you have used any of My Stock (including WIP's and close-ups)
Include my Name ~PrettySkyStock plus a Link to my Gallery or to the Stock Piece you used.



Contact me when you have used My Stock (either by note or comment)
Provide me with a Link to the Artwork. I prefer comments as I am a bit lax with my note answering.


You may post artworks containing My Stock on other Websites only on these two conditions:

1.)A Stock~Credit with my Name must always be displayed clearly near the image
Also there must be a Link to my DeviantArt Gallery or to the Stock Piece you used.

2.) I am to be shown all pages where my stocks have been used in any capacity.
Having artworks shown in exhibitions, galleries, shows, contests i.e. that are not on Internet is OK,
as long as you give/add a credit to me/my DA Gallery.
If the website is not a predominantly English one please direct me towards the credit on the page.
This saves me the time of using an online translator.

I'm fine with commercial use through Deviantart by Prints or other Deviantart items only.
In that case you don't have to ask for my permission first. Please let me know when you made a print !
Also it would be nice if you would send me a print, but that's totally up to you.
If you wish to provide prints/merchandise outside of DeviantArt, please contact me first.


Do NOT post your Photo-Manipulations using My Stock in the Photography Gallery.
Do not claim artworks featuring/using my stocks as photographs anywhere
(unless they have been used as a very small element).


Absolutely no redistribution of My Stock Photos in any form is allowed.
This account ~PrettySkyStock is the only place where My Stock is provided.


If you have received any exclusive stock from me, you may NOT redistribute it in any form.


Have some imagination and be creative. Do not just crop or ad some borders to my images.
Too minor or simple a change from my Original will be considered as redistribution.
In that case I'll file a report and your work might get removed.
